THE ROEBLING BRIDGE
The Roebling Bridge has always been one of my favorite Cincinnati landmarks to paint. It’s inspiring from every angle, day or night, with its history, structure, color, and energy leading your eye right into the Cincinnati skyline. I’m especially drawn to the story of John A. Roebling and how this bridge helped inspire the Brooklyn Bridge, making it both a local icon and a piece of American history.
